We invest in value-add and core-plus multifamily properties across the U.S. but we are focused on investments in Texas. From our years of experience, we’ve found that multi-family investments provide great stability and minimize the risk to our investors as people always need a place to live. We find properties that we can add value to over time and we manage them using our institutional best practices. When you invest with us, you benefit from receiving the hands-on customer service experience of a small nimble real estate operator while receiving the unique advantage of us having large institutional investor experience that we apply in driving returns for our investors.
Who Is Leone Partners?
Based in Dallas, our partners moved from New York and then from San Fransisco with decades of combined real estate experience to start investing in multi-family properties. We combine our expertise and love for real estate with a background in technology to give our investors the edge on market trends.

We believe in constantly learning more and helping our investors do the same. We have a Facebook group where our investors can share knowledge, a virtual meet-up once a month to network and learn, and we create educational videos on a variety of topics like underwriting properties.
