About Us
We bring years of real-world experience in real estate investing to our limited partner’s investments, combining institutional knowledge with personalized attention.
Our Story
We’ve seen many new real estate investors trying to get in the game and “try” their hand at investing. Not us. We bring decades of combined real estate experience, knowledge of the real estate landscape, and a background in prop-tech as a competitive advantage to help drive returns for our investors.
Based in Dallas, we moved from San Francisco to start the company and build long-lasting, boots on the ground, relationships in Texas. We invest in multi-family and RV Park properties in the U.S. with a focus on Texas. We use automation to source deals off market, allowing us to enhance returns for our investors. We dedicate ourselves to our investors with a personal touch.
